For us, it is important that you are confident with the way we manage your personal data, according to the Data Protection Act, GDPR. The Data Protection Act, GDPR, applied within the EU on May 25th and replaced the Personal Data Act (PuL). We collect data on how you browse our website, via external services, to improve and to analyze how our services are being used, in order to create the best possible experience for you.

The personal data we collect about you and analyze in various ways can be from the Swedish Ecotourism Society/Naturturismföretagen and Nature’s Best Sweden websites (both our own websites and other websites, as well as social networks belonging to third parties), our apps, email, SMS and other electronic messages. membership of Your eco travel guide (formerly The Travel club), mail list for newsletters from the Swedish Eco-tourism Association / members of the Nature Tourism Company, calls, printed and digital registration forms for competitions, campaigns, events and publicly available information from social networks and other public sources. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms
This site has a number of forms that collect data so that we can offer our services to you. The information you submit, as well as the time and IP number, are collected in our database so that we can contact you via the service you requested. You may at any time request that we remove the information about you, which means that we can no longer provide the service for you.

What data breach procedures we have in place
In case of a data breach, anyone who has an account on our website will be contacted. We will also contact those who have submitted comments, in case they exist. In case of a serious breach, a police report is filed.
