Nature and culture are dear to Matthias and Barblina. With a great passion for both, combined with sled dogs, they run Outdoor-Ticket. It's a small family business based just outside Sorsele, near the Vindelfjällens Nature Reserve, in the Vindelälven-Juhttátahkka biosphere reserve, and is part of Sápmi.

With joy and care, they offer nature-based trips with sustainability in focus. It's important for them, as a quality-labeled ecotourism company, to have close cooperation with other local businesses in the village, to educate guests about Sami culture, and to incorporate environmental considerations into the guest experience.

During winter, individuals are offered various lengths of sled dog tours, where guests drive their own sleds, on day or multi-day trips. A week-long trip can be supplemented with a Sami cultural day, including visits to a Sami family, their reindeer, and a Sami meal with specialties from the region. Alternatively, guests can choose to spend the entire week outdoors with dogs and sleds, discovering the magical winter in the Vindelfjällens Nature Reserve. It's Sweden's largest nature reserve and one of the largest protected areas in Europe. Kungsleden, one of the world's most famous hiking trails, runs through the reserve.

During the summer months, Sorsele transforms into a fishing and hiking paradise, and in autumn, the colorful and flavorful season brings mushrooms and many different berries. Explore and learn more about fly fishing with Outdoor-Ticket.

On the estate, there are two lovely guest houses as a base for guests' stay. The houses are of high standard and have a unique location right on the edge of the Vindelälven river. There's also access to a wood-fired sauna, a grill hut, and a nice outdoor barbecue area.
